Frequently Asked Questions
Are the pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, it’s dishwasher and microwave-safe, though it’s happiest with gentle hand washes and just a whisper of warmth, to preserve its quiet beauty.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
No. Given that each piece of Felceramics is lovingly handcrafted and uniquely one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations. We kindly ask that you reflect thoughtfully before making your purchase.
How about if the piece arrives broken?
Though I take great care in packaging each item with the utmost attention, I understand that the journey through the hands of delivery can sometimes be unpredictable. In the rare instance that the piece arrives in a state of fragility, broken beyond its intended beauty, please promptly email me with images of the damage at felceramics.info@gmail.com and I will process a refund. This option is only available 2 days after the item was delivered.
Please note that if you are located outside Japan your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. felceramics is not responsible for these charges hence won’t be included in the refund.

How often do you send newsletters?
I understand how overwhelming it can be to receive endless emails—that’s not something I ever want to contribute to. I’m not using any third-party marketing tools, so you won’t receive automated messages or routine newsletters from me. Instead, you’ll only hear from me when a new piece is available—likely no more than a few times a year, depending on the rhythm of my work. If at any point you’d prefer not to receive these occasional updates, just reach out via the contact form, and I’ll promptly and respectfully remove you from the list. Thank you for being here.
